Armathwaite

England

England

Armathwaite is a small Eden Valley town between the Lakes and Pennines, reached via the A6 from M6 junctions 41 or 42. The scenic B6413 offers an alternative route from the east. With around 40 EV charging points nearby, it's well-positioned for exploring both the Lake District and Hadrian's Wall. The town's Victorian railway viaduct, towering 110 feet above the River Eden, remains one of northern England's most photographed railway bridges.
