Airdriehill is a small North Lanarkshire community just outside Airdrie, about 15km east of Glasgow. Take the M8 to Junction 6, then the A73 toward Airdrie. The A73 connects surrounding villages like Plains and Drumgelloch, whilst local roads serve nearby Holehills and Rawyards. Electric vehicle drivers will find roughly 150 public fast chargers in the broader area. The community maintains links to Bothwell Bridge Lido, one of Scotland's few remaining outdoor swimming facilities from the early 1900s.
