Achreamie is a tiny settlement in Caithness, reached via the A99 coastal road from Thurso about 15km east. It's practically next door to Dounreay with its famous nuclear facility dome, and sits in classic northern Scottish moorland country where Atlantic gales are the norm rather than the exception.
