Achintraid is a Highland village on Loch Kishorn, perfectly placed on the A896 for North Coast 500 touring. Most arrive via the A87 from Inverness, about 90 minutes through increasingly dramatic scenery. Local routes connect to Kishorn and Lochcarron within a few kilometres. The village sits directly beneath Beinn Bhan's towering limestone cliffs.
