Abbeyfeale is a market town of about 2,000 people in west Limerick, right on the Kerry border. The N21 runs straight through the town centre, making it a handy stop between Cork and Tralee, about 45km from Tralee and 85km from Limerick city. There's decent electric vehicle charging with 13 public fast chargers around town. The Feale River winds through the area, and the town comes alive each August for the Fleadh by the Feale traditional music festival, when musicians pack the local pubs for a proper celebration of Irish folk music.
